Which files are supported?+
PNG, JPG, WEBP and PDF (multi-page). For photos, capture the whole page and keep it in focus.
How are credits counted?+
1 credit per page. An image counts as 1 page; a PDF counts each page. Failed reads are refunded automatically.
Do you keep our documents?+
No. Files are processed and discarded straight away. We only keep usage metadata such as page counts and timestamps.
What if there's no template for my document?+
Use the “Any document” template to extract key-value pairs automatically, or define your own fields with Custom.
Can we run it on-premise?+
